崗位職責：
1、 Responsible for supplier identification according to internal customer requirements;
2、 Facilitate process/product realization development at Trauson suppliers, as well as the components for devices built at Trauson manufacturing sites.
3、Actively drives cost reduction, quality improvements, and innovation in new products through partnership with R&D, Advanced Operation, Production and suppliers within the new product development process.
4、 Knows and applies good fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the advanced manufacturing and process engineering specialization.
5、 Quality in advance
a) Partner with R&D early in the development process to ensure quality is designed into the product with a goal to exceed scrap, rework, and capacity targets at time of launch.
b) Build the bridge between Trauson and supplier technical personnel to ensure Design for Manufacturability/Assembly considerations are incorporated into new products.
7、 Financial Results
a) Minimize new product cost by simplifying the supply chain, optimizing product design (DFM/DFA), and improving operational efficiency and purchasing processes.
b) Relentlessly pursue opportunities to reduce cost without having a negative impact on the aesthetics or functionality of new products.
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related curriculum
2.5+ years experience in process development, supplier development, or related discipline
3.Broad and in-depth knowledge of good manufacturing practices and industry standards
4. Previous experience with a variety of manufacturing processes
