崗位職責(zé)
1.Conceptual design, calculation and optimization of drivetrain systems ？（with regard to losses, temperature, operating behavior, costs）. Review the entire powertrain. Consideration of the interaction of the drive components. Balance components performance / energy and power / costs / timeline.

2.Definition of drivetrain system and component requirements （ load ｃｈａｒacteristic curves）；？
定義驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)和部件需求（如負(fù)載特性曲線）.
3.Creation of tools and simulation moｄｅｌs for the calculation and simulation of drivetrain systems.
為驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算和仿真創(chuàng)建工具和仿真模型.
4.Collaboration with testing departments.？
Involvement in tests / standardization of tests &； measurement variables.
與測試部門合作，參與測試和測量變量的改進(jìn)/標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。
5.Involved in the Risk Assessment procedure and the building of Design FMEA.
參與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估并創(chuàng)建D-FMEA.
6.Rise synergies of components and Modules in the KION global environment.
ｓｅｌｅｃｔing suiｔａｂｌｅ components and modules from the KION portfolio and initiating the development of new components.？
提高模塊部件在KION全球性的協(xié)同作用。
從KION產(chǎn)品組合中選擇合適的模塊部件，并啟動新部件的開發(fā)。
7.Participate to the prospecting and the choice of new suppliers with the cross function developments, Value Engineering, Purchase, Production, Logistics and Quality department.
與價(jià)值工程分析,采購,物流和質(zhì)量各個(gè)相關(guān)職能部門一起尋找和開發(fā)選擇新的供應(yīng)商；
8.Propose and manage technical solutions to solve IQ issues in close contact with Quality and Service departments.
與質(zhì)量和售后部門緊密聯(lián)系, 及時(shí)提供 IQ 質(zhì)量問題的解決措施.

任職要求
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電一體化，機(jī)械，液壓或熱能與動力工程相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.3-5年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年機(jī)械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有變速箱、車橋、電驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3.掌握機(jī)電一體化/熱能與動力學(xué)知識、工程學(xué)工具、質(zhì)量管理工具（FMEA） ，良好的工程學(xué)知識和產(chǎn)品知識；
4.良好的分析能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力、以結(jié)果導(dǎo)向；
5.熟練掌握辦公軟件，Matlab/Simulink /UG 及CAD軟件；
6.良好的英文讀寫能力。
