？Onsite engineering support for the required validation tests to ensure tests are handled correctly based on company aligned test cases/process.
？Software updating for powertrain system with specified tool (i.e. INCA, Esys)
？Test case specific preparation of HiL and vehicle, infrastructure, and validation resources, such as measurement equipment, in order to fulfill the test-case requirements.
？Judging test results from expert perspective
？Support for drivability behaviour validation and based on subjective testing results with the special focus on China-specific and customer related functions.
？Problem analysis, reporting and results documentation according to company requirements
？Documentation of test results and findings according to defined test management process
？Decent communication skills, have ability to handle Cross-Cultural Teamwork or discussion (optional)
？Self-responsible and reliable working attitude and initiative
？Knowledge about measurement analysis tools and experience in automotive development methodology of conventional powertrains (ICE and NEV)
？Languages: Proficient level of Chinese and English in order to fully understand test cases.
Driving license (B1, B2, E1and W1) and High voltage qualification level (Flash 3) requested.
？Established knowledge of industrial production processes
？Good team player with outstanding communication skills
？Utilized structural work approach and analytical thinking skills
？Skilled for INCA, CAN analyzer, E-sys, INPA, Microsoft office and so on.
