It has NOTHING to do with its price. But, please listen up!
I have been listening to Mr. Antonopoulos for the past six years or so along with many other "cryptocurrency enthusiasts". I say enthusiasts because I don't feel qualified with such a vastly emerging phenomenon to name any one of them experts but there is no question about their enthusiasm about this new form of money. OK, some people argue Bitcoin is not money. That's fine. Let's not debate that. However, people cannot argue that bitcoin with its underlying Blockchain technologies has not found its place several countries around the world.
This presentation by Mr. Antonopoulos is "earth-shattering."
"When I talk to audiences in Argentina, Greece, Cyprus and many other places around the world, where they are not part of the 5% population of this planet that has our advantages, they get it. They’ve already seen it happen, two or three times in one generation. They have seen what happens when money fails; they've seen what happens when institutions get corrupted, eroded and finally destroyed by these parasitic organizations. And, these parasitic organizations keep arising because nothing has changed in the fundamental architecture. If the architecture is a pyramid, (and they are), someone will climb to the top. Changing people at the top doesn’t change the architecture. Corruption will flow upwards and they will become corrupt too."
'Its a corporation. Its not immoral, its simply amoral. It doesn't have morals."
"We no longer have choice, we no longer have voice. What is left when you have no choice, no voice?"
